Privacy Policy
This policy covers Transform Together, also listed as Transform Club: an app for documenting personal transformations, private progress and community posts.
What you share and what stays private
Your detailed transformations, check-ins, routines, metrics, progress photos and motivation photos are accessible through the app only to your account. Community posts, comments and a limited member profile are visible to other signed-in members. Your profile includes your username, display name, avatar, follower counts and summaries of active transformations. Private progress details and progress photos are not included in those summaries.
What we collect
Account information
Apple or Google sign-in is handled through Google Firebase Authentication. We receive an account identifier, your email address when your provider supplies it, and the profile information you choose to use, including a display name, username and avatar. Sign in with Apple's Hide My Email feature supplies a relay email address.
Progress and community content
We store the goals, transformation names, routines, check-ins, dates, notes, metrics, units, photos, posts, comments and social connections you enter. Progress content may include fitness, health or other personal information, depending on what you choose to record. Community sharing is separate from your private check-ins and progress photos.
Photos and device access
When you choose a photo or use the camera, the app requests the permission needed for that action. Uploaded photos are processed into app images and thumbnails; embedded image metadata is removed during processing. The app does not import your entire photo library.
Technical information
Our hosting providers may process request information such as IP address, request time and requested address for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The app uses a local sign-in session so you can return to your account.
How we use information
- To sign you in and sync your account, progress and community activity.
- To display your photos, metrics, routines and progress comparisons.
- To deliver the posts, comments, follows and notifications you use.
- To maintain security, investigate problems and respond to support or privacy requests.
The app does not initialize advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not use your progress content to display targeted advertising.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase Authentication, Apple and Google handle sign-in and identity information.
- Amazon Web Services hosts the API, application database and private photo storage in the United States.
- Cloudflare hosts these support pages and forwards API requests to AWS.
- Railway temporarily forwards requests made to older app addresses while installed versions move to the current API.
- Other signed-in members can see the community and profile information described above.
Storage and security
Requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. Photos are stored in private object storage, and the app receives short-lived signed image links. Ownership checks protect private progress endpoints. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your account and content remain available while you use the service. You can remove individual content through the app. To remove your app account and its associated progress and community content, open Profile โ Settings โ Delete account and confirm. Deletion removes active application records and requests deletion of associated stored photos.
Copies may remain in backups, storage version history or operational logs after they disappear from the active app. Firebase may retain a separate authentication record. Email ymoondhra@gmail.com to request access, correction or further deletion, including authentication or retained-copy deletion. Deleting your Transform account does not delete your Apple or Google account.
