Signing in

Use Sign in with Apple or Google. Choose the same provider and account each time to return to your existing progress.

Your private progress

Open a transformation to add check-ins, metrics, routines or progress photos. Detailed progress stays owner-only; community posts and the limited member profile are separate sharing surfaces.

Deleting your account

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. For access, correction or deletion requests you cannot complete in the app, email us. See the privacy policy for details.
